also died this morning.
Rob was fighting cancer for some time.
Last time I saw him was at Cari-med last year. He gave me a big hug - we all used to party back when we were young. He was a good friend of one of my cousins.
In fact when I greeted him as Robert, one of the Cari-med staff asked me why I didn't call him Bishop. He laughed and told her that we knew one another long before he was even a member of the clergy. We've known each other for almost 50 years.
This year has started real bad.

Prof as we age, we get to see a number of people died before us.
I got a call on Wednesday morning from Bim, my 84 year old sister, was robbed at 3 am, by a tie with a knife to a throat.
After taking her money, cell phone and a phone from a landline, he asked her to pray for him.
I cannot imagine how scared my sister was that morning.
