With the right guidance Sinclair can be a really good player, I have seen other countries taken worst than Sinclair and made them in to world class players

I once saw Adrian Griffith bat through an inning against T&T, was impress with his batting, until I saw him facing Australia bowlers.
Adrian seem lost at sea facing the Aussies in that series..

Throughout his youth level career he opened or batting at 3 or 4... Good to see he is taking his batting serious again.

I noticed that he was an opening batsman at Under 15 level but as the years went by he moved further and further down the order.I also noticed a similar phenomenon with both Keemo Paul and Sherfane Rutherford.Keemo used to bat before Sherfane but then he started taking a lot of wickets and next thing he was regarded as a bowler who can bat a bit rather than the other way around.
