Zim commentators

mikesiva 2023-02-13 10:06:44

Refreshing to listen to...they just do their job, and describe the action. Their accents are easy to understand, and they speak well too.

Keep up the good work:

Tino Mayowo
Dirk Viljoen
Darlington with-the-long-surname

Too many commentators from Australia, England, India and NZ are arrogant and annoying.

InHindsight 2023-02-13 10:46:37

I endorse fully that thr Xim commies are as good as the come to be honest. In fact it's because of the commentators I don't support some countries.

Bangladesh comes to mind

The Zim commentators are very fair and neutral. They say it as it is.

Pommies set what standard.

I regularly mute the games when Hingland commentating.

They are arrogant, just like the Hindiean.

I cannot listen to Hindia or Pommies

The only great thing about the commies is
the session with analysis, forgot the name.

I rank in worse order first;

1. Pommies - arrogant players can do no wrong.
2. Hindia - arrogant n explains dem bad pitches
3. Ozzies - arrogant and criticize other countries.
4. Sri Lanka - a bit arrogant and lifeless at times
5. Wondies - stupid remarks. Don't seem to know the game.

worst I've ever heard.

That's my opinion. Everyone entitled to his/her thoughts.

Agree. as long as you don't mix up Pommies(Brit) with Pommie the former Zimbabwe player
who had a brief career before moving to the broadcast booth. he is very good.

PS. I'm not watching the Wondies series live.
I have no desire to watch them beat up on lower minnow than themselves.
I will watch some of the RSA series.
That is a true test as RSA good at home.
