The party in power is doing poorly but that has not translated to support for the opposition.

The ruling party has numbers that reflect their FLOOR whereas the opposition party has numbers that are close to their CEILING.
When just prior to the election, the ruling party has nuff mek wok projects like roads and walk around money then it means that your talk about DEAD HEAT IS RUBBISH.

Undecideds typically break against the incumbent …..
So from that perspective the opposition are in good shape…
Of course things can change in the coming months
No amount of road work can change the tide..
Take it from me - I’ve seen it in play in the 60s and 70s in the Yard…

Very interesting and valid posts above. Jamaicans tend to vote for JLP when they are pissed with PNP mismanagement and poor economic results. They tend to vote PNP when they sense JLP corruption, injustice and no tangible financial benefits.

Right now the sense of corruption and injustice is very strong. The question which Dukes raised is whether Anju has the funds to tantalise the voters with short term financial benefits.

Chrissy and Fan are saying no. I am saying no too but I hasten to add that I am not objective so my opinion is discounted.
