CWI are INCOMPETENT.They have not even posted the rules and regulations of the Championship.There is no table of how many points for a win or bonus batting or bowling points etc.They do not want too much information out there that people can then figure out who is leading etc.
One can only assume that Guyana is first followed by either Windwards or Leewards then Barbados followed by Trinidad and Jamaica is last.
