Used to be frustrated with Holder's pace but he has results. Use him for his batting
bat him no lower than six with a clear role and make use of his bowling.

I am responding to the whole thread (not watching) if as Doos says he looks good why does the pace matter? Wouldn’t look good’ include some of the skills mentioned?

In his third spell after tea his pace had dropped off significantly and even Green and Gordon were quicker.
