I doubt it.Young Gore was born in the Bronx in 1998 and no mention is made of any relation to Hugh Gore.In Hugh Gore's case his father also played cricket and it is mentioned.Leonard Edmund Gore born 1916 and his son Hugh Edmond Ivor Gore born 1953.
