Some of yall stuck in time like cricket is a marriage inherited with a Motto to serve your region first. Time evolving, like everyone else who opt to migrate and make better themselves so will these guys once better opportunities are there. The board also contribute to this detriment since they cannot establish proper relationship with the players.
The ones who stick around basically either have no other offers or some mediocre offer in other places.
At the end of the day it is always who butter your bread the best is where u will stay.
