Sammy is a great man manager....he is not leader....a leader is always at the forefront of battle.... Sammy, was lucky enough to hide behind Gayle,Bravo, Samuel,Pollard,....
With no experience or qualifications or credibility in ODI as player or captain or coach..... it's a dead end...bye bye 2023 world cup.....we have been lucky to be in easier qualifications group...but with Sammy.....clap!1Clap! Back to Caribbean, with finger in mouth!

Don't you think that the use of the word "needed" instead of the stated "wanted" would better serve?

It has been long established who a small segment of the West Indian population always wanted.

Let's give Sammy a chance shall we. I expect to see some level of improvement and hopefully we can qualify for the ODI World Cup.

I am truly amazed that all the so-called cricket experts who have been complaining for years and listing all the factors which have brought WI cricket to its knees, are now convinced that the appointment of one man will magically wave a magic wand and make it all better.
And just to show that he does not understand the way things work, he contacts 3 players who neither the selectors nor at least one captain want.
Is Sammy now the Chief Selector? The white ball captain said he wanted no player from outside the pool which has been playing together and so the Selectors agreed. No Hetty.

Before the tourney even started Barath, Baugh n Bravo hopped hime with injuries (Gym overwork) coach took no blame. Instead said he was let down by seniors and cannot say if they'll ever play for WI again. As Cappo was Sammy a senior too?
