The Legacy Of Jimmy Adams

as a director of cricket for West Indies. Unless he writes a book about his experience explaining the obstacles that was in his path then from me it's a total failure.

Absolute total failure. I had railed against his appointment 6 years ago. I am a Kent CC fan. He played and then was director of cricket there. Well lo and behold Kent almost got demoted with his guardianship.
So fast forward to CWI. We are almost demoted if it had that system.
Absolute total failure.

When has there ever been a good cricket administrator in the CWI this century?

When will we realise that the problems run far deeper than the persons appointed to these posts?

I think he had a big problem with JCA as well when he was in an administrative role there.

as I said if he writes a book and explain the system he was working under and why his hands very tied behind his back and I can understand that then to me he's a big flop

] Let us be honest here, Jimmy T has been an absolute failure in his capacity as DoC.

Jimmy had a fabulous tenure as DoC....left Kent as head coach.....made an application for West Indies head coach.....appeared in interview....was persuaded by Pybus and Cameron to accept the role of DoC....then came the administration change.... Cameron was replaced by Skerritt administration....but Jimmy and Grave continued.... undeterred....ate the food with both hands...after eating unrelentingly for incredibly 6 years.... With stomach stocked up for several years...Jimmy bids goodbye...Next Grave!!

In reply to Raggs Can you please elaborate? Please support your view. As I understand it, he made the High-Performance setup make sense, help give women cricket independence and established the academy to expose young talent. Incomplete?
