Congrats! I am not joining the go-it-alone wagon!
In reply to FanAttick
Indeed. The under 19s is where it starts. Keep them together in regulars practice and Ja can become world competitive in 3-5 years if not sooner

Why would we want to stifle the development of our young talent under a dysfunctional and inept Colonial West Indies administration?
In reply to FanAttick
Why would you and anything goes wrong you could always appeal to the British Privy Council not the CCJ- the Colonial Court of Justice

Been watching some of these games and I tell you..the standard is pathetically poor.
If there is such a description.Shocked at the level of play from all the participating teams.
Guyana and Barbados were my biggest disappointments of the games I watched.
Something aint right this side of Denmark.
Maybe they did not have enough time to prepare but only one or two in each side look
anything close to good material.
In reply to FanAttickIs that U19 Barnes a leftie,if he is the one I saw who crushed TT then he's the best batsman I have seen so far.

Go it alone not gonna work, leagues contracts are too attractive, Yard can't compete!
Luckily we have a bigger pool re Windies, when stars go to peddle their trade, at least Windies still can find a second 11!

Yuh didn't see Jordan?

staying has not worked for how long now?

Anecdotal evidence suggests it would be 'worserer' under a go-it-alone system!
You keep avoiding my bigger pool and overseas contract take

Faloony knows dat. Im glad for the win but the standard is mediocre on steroids.
In reply to Chrissy Yawd. The best of a bad lot. Few good players here and there e.g. Jordan, but...
Not sure if Ja was ever bowled out or maybe once, so you cant say the batting is not good!
In reply to camos
All thanks to Jordan Johnson... Who is on a different level. He is the only batsman playing in this tournament..
Congrats Jamaica... Mek sure y'all pick young Johnson for the super50 later this year
In reply to XDFIX
Second string you call it. Same thing will happen here. More will want to play, now that more spots open to Yaadies.

Who is gonna pay? Only one man and his dog watch cricket in Yard according to Yagga
All we need is a winning Windies team but the selection needs fixing!
In reply to Chrissy
JJohnson look way above this level. He almost looks bored at times.
