Bank employment for black men/women in the Caribbean is one of the focuses of the video and it took decades still from that point to now, before a true "son of the soil" has been appointed as CEO of the remnants of said Barclays Bank. Mark St. Hill (now CEO) stands on the shoulders of men like Donald Edison Banks, the first black bank manager in our region. St. Hill, a good friend of mine for 50 odd years (primary school onward pals), will be also be sent this link (shortly).
