PLAYER OF THE MATCH
Shai Hope
Today I decided to express myself and it just clicked. It was my matchup and we had a very solid start and we had a lot of depth in our batting. Rahkeem had to take the punch but it was one of those days. Gives great confidence going into the playoffs. [on not fielding] Just a bit of cramps. [on Kevlon Anderson] I'm happy to see that he had a great day. I always believe that I can score runs in any format I play. Good pitch and I capitalised.

So endeth the league phase. Glad to see youngsters on this leg get runs at a useful clip! Can only improve going forward by adding more variety to their shot making. T20 requires batters to be innovative. Now to finals week!

Sikandar Raza | Kings Captain:
It’s a new game, it’s a new day. We have the ability to beat all the top teams. I play every game with pressure anyway, sometimes added pressure brings out the best in players. It’s a fantastic place to be for our team. Hopefully we go all guns blazing today. We’ve got four changes
.
Brandon Kings | Tallawahs Captain:
We’re going to bowl first. Looks like a decent wicket but the possibility of dew means we’ll bowl first. Nothing really matters before the playoffs, it’s only this game that matters so we’ll focus on this. As players we all try to work to perform in big games. I try to stay calm and trust my preparation. We have two changes

Pitch report by Nikhil Uttamchandani and Daren Ganga:
Fresh pitch today. 64m to one side and 73m on the other, hitting into the wind on the longer side. Wind factor quite important here. It can be quite inconsistent here. Best surface we’ve seen here. Very even and dry. Will be bounce and pace, maybe a bit of turn. This pitch will see a lot of runs. Bowlers will need to use those unequal square boundaries. Advantage for Jamaica as it might get a bit easier for batting later on.

Winning the toss is halfway to victory at this time of the day on this ground. They should have started the game a bit earlier so the dew factor is not significant

Charles and Munro are at the crease.

Charles is on strike.

Amir will open the attack

Amir to Charles, no run, oh lovely start! Length delivery just outside off, shapes back in very nicely and completely does Charles in as it beats the inside edge, he want for a wafty drive

Amir to Charles, FOUR, overpitched and it's been smashed! Full just outside off, Charles drilled this hard and right into the gap at cover, went to the boundary in a flash

Raymon Reifer, comes into the attack

Oh dear, this is a bit concerning for the Tallawahs. Amir is holding his hamstring, physio is out there. He just pulled up short in his previous run-up. This is not good for the Tallawahs, Amir is leaving the field. Looks like Reifer will complete the over.

Imad Wasim to Munro, out Caught by Chris Green!! Taken in the deep! The Tallawahs strike early! And it's Imad Wasim, he's been so good this season. Goes full and just a touch wider, allows Munro to free his arms but he looks to go down the ground and lofts it up straight. It ends up coming off the toe end and the fielder at long-on sprints to his right before taking a well-judged catch just inside the boundary. Big wicket as Munro goes early.
