What you have to do is to calculate Narine's degree of pelt using the Pythagorean Theorem. It's phrased as "A squared plus B squared equals C squared," which indicates that the sum of the flex of Narine's right arm (from shoulder to elbow) and from elbow to hand is equal to the square of the length of the hypotenuse side which is the perfectly straight hand after the pelt.
Ergo, a perfectly pelted delivery at or about 45 degrees of pelt.
