Nope.

Curiosity is open mindedness to some degree to learn and attempt to understand.

But its a better place to start before judgment. I suppose a more precise version would be....curiosity before judgment. Then we get into what does 'judgment' mean..and who can rightfully judge ?

to be curious (instead of to be in some other state) is already an act of judgement...

is therefore paradoxical
