Is there a North-South Classic at the end of this year?

This used to be a big fixture where, as little boys, we would long to see the big stars for the upcoming Shell-Shield season.

Local legends such as Narine Bideshi, Mahadeo Bodoe, Anil Balliram, Rajendra Mangalie, Brian Lara, Rajendra Dhanraj, Richard Sieuchan, Eugene Antoine, Russell Elvin, Anthony Gray, Clint Yorke, Bishop, Dillon, Rangy Nanan, Suruj Ragoonath (to name a few) graced the field for that match which kicked off the season.
