You sticking with the Pokémon dem in the opening positions, or you moving one of them?

I say go brave and give the others a chance. Rest Roach, Silva, Tage and Motie and pick Jordan, Sinclair, Imlach and McCaskie. We have already lost the chance to regain the Frank Worrell trophy so we may as well see if these guys can carry us forward. I am also tempted to say that Cappo should drop himself and let Silva captain the team and play as batsman only.

Kevin Sinclair was among the first to head to the West Indian nets two days out from the Test at the Gabba. And he was soon in there with bowling coach Shaun Tait, before being taken aside by Kraigg Brathwaite and assistant coach Jimmy Adams for a chat. He then bowled impressively to the likes of Alick Athanaze and the West Indies captain himself. And a day later, he was revealed to be the latest debutant for the visitors on this tour, replacing fellow spinner Gudakesh Motie. Sinclair will also add some batting to the lower-order with his big-hitting. The rest of the team stays the same with the inexperienced lot at least one more Test older.

I am Motie's enemy but that is NOT fair ....evil

I am sure Motie feels disappointed.

Nevertheless, let's see what Sinclair has. We could end up with a couple of capable test spinners, who knows?

Thanks Narps. Another Ancient County debutant, or Town man?

As unconventional as that sounds, it would throw a monkey wrench in the OZ machine if they make a 50 or more partnership . It could be a New strategy to take the sheen off.

Plus more entertaining that Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore.

Tage and Braff are an opening bowlers dream.

They can just run up and bowl whatever line and length they want without any pressure and knowing a wicket is only a few deliveries away.
