In reply to InHindsight Not to go off topic...but, he has to groom himself, just like ShamarJ & KRabada...look clean cut (of course, be fit & ready) & wickets will come. Tea & water. cool

For Alzarri's pace

For the last time...

He. Doesn't. Put. The. Ball. In. The. Right. Areas. Consistently.

Like Fidel and others before him who had pace, he seems preoccupied with bowling short.

Fidel, Patterson, Malcolm et al cannot be accused of being preoccupied with bowling short, that is not true.
What is true is that oftentimes 'tearaways' cannot always have the control they'd like. But because
of their pace once they get the ball where they want it pitched the extra pace along with the length, line
and movement is more likely to outdo batsmen than a bowler 10clicks slower. That is why they get wickets
in bunches even if expensive. Wickets win matches...and in every damned format too.

this is very true. Mitchell Johnson was one such bowler. It was only when he focused on his core, did he really become the most malevolent bowler since Brett Lee. This is why running, as Sir Andy Roberts has stated on numerous occasions, is so important for a fast bowler. Because running strengthens the core

We saw this with Shamar. Sometimes he overpitched and got driven so he went for plenty but once he got it right, ripped through the Aussies.
