And you seem real 'picky' (pun intended) are you thinking the man's compliments are 'backhanded slights???'

Hope had a really bad tour of Australia and I wonder if this was a result of his playing a no name league just before going. I hope that it has not shaken his confidence as he looked on the point of returning to the test team before that.
