They got slaughtered in those other versions winning only one of the six matches although they were @ full strength in the lickit slam ...

We were singing a different song after the England tour. Fact is that we are hopeless in all three formats and perhaps a little more competitive now in T20s and at home in tests but still stink generally in ODIs as we never get to play our best team.

A respectable 2nd place in the games we lost and we only lost due to bad captaincy/ fielding.

Even though we bowled badly, skipper could have adapted quicker with his bowling changes.

And didn't learn from mistakes made in the first game until too late

The T20 series was closer than the final result. Would you guys stop being so ultra negative. We were woeful in the ODIS as we fielded a 2nd string squad with zero preparation. At least the Test team got one prep game. I believe we are still behind in ODIS and Tests ( despite that one off match) but we are on par WITH the rest in T20IS.
