i have no doubt jordan johnson, nyeem young ,teddy bishop will be able to get into their national sides but players like nedd has to compete with motie and permaul how is he going to break into guyana side ,?the same with j bishop in barbados and warrican ,tuckett has very little chance with both j hamilton and jewel andrew in the leewards .sets up a dilemma maybe they can continue their development in the ccc

That's what the draft system was set up for. Players can be traded to other franchises to get some cricket.

Other things as well, I would expect the likes of Bonner and Permaul to move on for Johnson and Nedd and then there is away tours when domestic cricket is on as well as T/20 franchise cricket contracts.

A CCC side should improve with the new, young talent coming through as well.
