(DWAC), the special purpose acquisition company set to take former President Donald Trump’s media venture public, saw a significant drop following the approval of its merger with Trump Media & Technology Group. Despite the green light from shareholders, which appeared to be a major milestone for the company, DWAC’s stock experienced a sharp decline, closing over 12% down from its opening price.
