womens 100m heats... Sherika 10.98 i think it was. Shelly 10.99 shutting it down. I am going to have to learn that age does not apply to Shelly.
Oblique Seville is ready..

disappointments: Alania Reid. that Champs 10.94 is far removed. No Kevona Davis ....Antonio Watson stopped running in the mens 400m semi. Yohann Blake is done. thank you for your meritorious service.

Alana Reid has regressed badly. Dont know what to make of her.

Kevona Davis must be dejected after all these years knowing that Alfred has surpassed her.

Kishane on fire.

Honest discussion, is the great Glen Mills missing something in 400m coaching? He brought Gonzales to the top but the injuries lost him to us.
Was it a blessing that Bolt ran from the 400m workload? On the other hand Van Niekerk's coach said his tips helped them to the WR
What a blow re Antonio Watson. Sad goodbye to Yohan, go make some Bollywood money now.

To be fair, Kevona looked way out of shape this year running her senior year. She needs to go back to the drawing board and figure out what to do.

to you and royal dad

agree, Kevona looked heavy. But what i keep wondering is why/how has she not fixed her drive phase? Alfred was her beating stick at champs and as Royal Dad pointed out, Alfred has surpassed her. And Alfred consistently does 10.8 to
10.85. Now that she is done with college I think Kevona needs to return to Jamaica and get in a good camp.

Tia Clayton didnt look bad last night. Serena Cole needs to lose the weight. Brianna Willians still lacks speed endurance. She reminds me of Christiania Williams.

I really liked how Ryiem Forde looked last night.

We could have a good 4x1 men's yunnuh. One not just good enough to surprise and medal but one that could put on presha enough to buss pipe.
Two problems, inexperience and an incompetent JAAA will not organize enough baton change practice. If they can maintain current form and pass anything close to The Carter/Frater/Bolt/Asafa quartet
The Canada's/USA's Japan, Italy et al could fumble

Indeed, Kevona and Cole both need to lose weight. I think Kevona may be more psychologically damaged because of Alfred's progression way over her and her nagging weight control issue.

Apart from young Lyston, our young talent has not shown that they are heir apparent anytime soon.

That Mitchell will have 3 of his charges on the US relay squad made it even moreso for me.

Thompson, who is coached by Stephen Francis at MVP Track and Field Club, sped to a world-leading time of 9.77 seconds to win the blue riband event.

The 22-year-old, who was running his 10th 100m race of his senior career, had clocked a personal best time of 9.84 in the semi-finals a few hours earlier. Oblique Seville of Racers Track Club finished second in a personal best-equalling time of 9.82. Ackeem Blake from Dynamic Track Club was third in 9.92.

Shericka Jackson of MVP successfully defended her national 100m title as she clocked a season’s best time of 10.84 to win the event. Her training partner Tia Clayton was second in 10.90 while the iconic Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce took third in 10.94.

Franno is extra Special as a coach ;top shelf too as a person who gets the best and respect from
his athletes. This young man Thompson is a revelation ,all due to Franno's expertise that
is able to deal with adversity, injuries, challenges etc in an artful manner.

Not many are so adept.

Sports is a helluva thing. Who watched The Yard 100mH? 2yrs ago young Brittany Anderson set a blazing NR behind Amusan's WR
Since then she's been plagued by injuries and didn't qualify. Now there's a new NR holder. But also very interesting, Shacarri's ex has qualified. As I said then dem BADWUD was embarrassment for being outed. I admire her bravery for singing a Yardie_MVP sankey and finding her way home
Glad our people embraced her for what she is i.e. a damned good athlete willing to work hard and reply her nation.

Shericka wins women's 200m

Levell wins men's 200m

Nugent wins 100m hurdles

Bad news for the men's mile relay

In one of the closest finishes ever witnessed by Jamaican fans, Rasheed Broadbell was declared the winner with a time of 13.18 seconds, identical to Orlando Bennett, who finished in second place. Defending Olympic champion Hansle Parchment was narrowly edged out, finishing third in 13.19 seconds.

Thanks. Lots to be pleased about. Congrats to all who make the team and to Nugent on the National record.
The Men's 4x400 remains a huge disappointment and a lot of rethinking and action must be forthcoming to
avoid another such monumental error by all.,admin, coaches and athletes.

, Shacarri's ex has qualified.

She will be in Paris. Old fire stick easy fe ketch. On a serious note, i told my brethren before the final she was gonna grab 3rd. Happy for her in her comeback.

Bryan Levell really showed up. 19.97. Whatever Shanekie Osbourne is doing is working.

The 4x4 was an organizational debacle. Not even sure who ran on our Gold team 4x400 with all the withdrawals of Bailey, James King and Powell. the anchor just ran out of steam.
