In reply to bird,He scored a very good century in the last match so give him a break,we have nobody else to put as an opener in England,look at the batsmen who have been selected to go England,none are in the runs.Tage will be opening with Braffit.

I think if he fails badly in England he will be replaced by one of the few we have,I will go for Zachry Mc.Kaskie.I also understand what you say,no improvement but remember our team on the whole were more or less failures against the best fast bowling attack in the world,against South Africa was the same,even India couldn't cope.
