Is it not the Barbados lottery that finances the BCA?
Several local cricketers have local contracts, this has been happening for several years.
The writer did not do his homework.

Great article and thanks for posting it.

On the matter of gender equality: -
If women want equal pay, their conditions must be equal.
By that I mean, the same size boundaries etc.

I liken this to professional tennis where women fought for same pay as men.
Yet the men play 3 best of five stes, while the women play 2 best of three sets.
So basically, the men had longer work/games.
How can one argue for same pay under these circumstances.

I say under such circumstances, the pat can and should be different.

Back to the matter at hand.
CWI will continue to suffer, until governance changes.
Time to get rid of old thinking.

Demonstrates strive to excellence and professionalism.
All territories must be approached and
a consensus decided to attract players and spectators alike.
