Steel Pulse "Soldiers" - meaning of 'dutialee'?

Was listening to the Handsworth Revolution album after a long time since last doing so. What an absolute hell of a debut that was. Has any band ever had a better debut album?

Anyways, does anyone know the meaning of the word "dutialee" (spelling?) that they invoke in the song "Soldiers"?

Thanks Cheeks. Glad I wasn't the only one wondering! The hypotheses on that reddit thread are intriguing as well. Maybe one of the attributes of great music is that it lends itself to many interpretations. But it would be great if there was an authoritative answer from Steel Pulse somewhere.
