Only 3 teams finished with 8 points and West Indies had the best NRR of the 3. Australia and South Africa were the other 2 teams. We are really turning it on. By the way, I prefer having Obed in my team than Shepherd…. And I like Hope ahead of chase as well.

Windies has been the best team in WC

I agree with you on McCoy given the current form of all the other batsmen, it appears Shepherd is not needed for his batting.
Chase on the other hand is needed as a bowling option and to.anchor the innings if needed

Australia and india are the only tewams im concerned about. england is misfiring but can turn it on, but i still think we should beat them and we definitely should beat SA

When we collapsed against NZ, we need all 11 batsmen to stitch together partnerships with Rutherford. Do we want to risk being a batsman short against tougher opposition?
I say keep Obed but horses for courses: Shep for St Lucia and Barbados, but Chase for Guyana/TT. Or keep both Chase and Shep for their all-round capabilities and drop Alzarri for Obed? Alzarri was expensive against Afghan.

I think you need either of Hope or Chase in the middle to stabilize things in case....I like what Hope brings but I also like Chase's offspin option
spoiled for a few choices which is good

Hope might be a little underprepared , do you think.

He didn’t look like that last night. He looked fine to me

I did consider chase for his off spin especially because he turns it the opposite direction from the other 2 spinners… I wouldn’t be mad if he plays ahead of hope. I definitely like Obed ahead of Shep though. If it comes down to shep’s batting for us to win we probably going to lose any ways.
