Customers Are Livid as Self-Checkout Machines Demand Tips

Now, where is this self-checkout thing going?

On several occasions I've taken my packed shopping cart to the checkout only to find out that there's no cashier available. I just leave the cart right there as is.

Checkout Machines are artificial persons, just like companies!

So, they 'deserve' artificial (or imaginary) tips.

Well. the tipping thing has gotten outrageous, this year I went to several music events and every time I bought something the checkout machine had in my face the options of 15%, 20% or 25% tipping. It was like I was being forced to pay the inflated beer price plus the person who handed me the beer.

I've always been a natural tipper all my adult life, but don't tell me I have to !! Eff dat . US tipping culture has been getting out of control for a while now..boldface mofos...lol.
