Yes the fix is in, she chose the perfect time to announce it, it confirms how corrupt the American judicial could be, if a person belongs to the privilege social group, he or she could get away with even betraying the country's trust.

following opinions from legal "analyst" from both side it was compelling that the case is a dud and jack smith by his own abmission and the agents were tampering with eveidnce

also jach smith was not vetted by senat and could not be appointed as special counsel moreso he was not serving in doj as sworn attorney

But the delusional misfits said that this time, and that time, is jail for sure.

It is quite possible that you are a troll or a russian bot. But it also quite possible that you are very stupid.

Trump directed his lawyers to lie to the FBI saying that he returned all the documents. He directed his employees to delete the server and move boxes without been seen by the cameras.

It was without a doubt the case that was going to send Trump to the slammer because he could not cite official acts, immunity and hence why the only delay came from the Judge. America seems hellbent on ended up with a criminal for a President.

Jack Smith was the same as the special prosecutors in the Joe Biden’s son case and Mueller Trump impeachment case, the courts found no issues with those appointments, and Bo Biden was just convicted. Judge Cannon is just pulling legalese out her ass – and I am no lawyer

Somewhere in Delaware, Hunter Biden is celebrating because the special counsel prosecuting him was unlawfully appointed And Mueller is probably wondering why he wasted all of that time and money investigating Trump.

If I were the special counsel, I would dismiss the case in Florida and refile it in Washington DC and get rid of the legal lightweight of a judge in Florida once and for all. She is a politician, not a judge, and her rulings show it.

Cannon will be reversed on appeal. But she already did her job by delaying the trial until after the election.
