Actually there is no recording or post by Elon confirming that. He did not say 45. He said no where near that. It was the WSJ that first reported if:

What Trump said at that rally was his typical slimey move of trying to weasel 45 mil from Musk by trying to put public pressure on him. Trump is a grifter, that is all.

I think it will be a close race. She will get some Muslim and Black votes but the election is about the economy.
Inflation is high and salaries are not keeping up. The under card of crime is also an election issue.
However, I believe that the elections were handed to Trump as the patriotic favorite by the attempted assassination.
