There's a thing called “fragile masculinity hypothesis” according to this study:
Trump appeals to men secretly insecure about their manhood.

I often wonder why anyone from our kind of background would find the orange orangutan attractive-- including even some here on our forum. This study may very well be the answer, or partly the answer.
