If the acumen and will wasn't there at the beginning of the series, why not after 4 innings?
What does it take for coach/mgt to see they need to place DaSilva and Holder between 2,3,4 or 5
and for them to be team-players enough to agree? Both DaSilva and Holder singularly have more
tests experience than 2,3,4 and 5 combined.
