There should have been more than one Test on this tour, Zimbabwe might be just getting use to the conditions, however, it was a competitive Test match.

Yes. This was a nice Test match. The more these countries in the second tier play the better they will get.
They ..along with WI should be playing more against one another and playing 3Tests series.
A one off Tests is meaningless as it is looks more like it is for exhibition purpose.

Ireland currently can't afford to host multi-Test series. Even this tour was supposed to have white ball games as well as the Test but CI had to cancel them.
Hopefully that will change soon
