Solozano for KB?
In reply to voiceofreason
Let him open and Push KB down the order as some were advocating?
I prefer Carty tho

Not what I was thinking. If WI lose the RSA series and KB fails then we need to look at the captaincy position. Even if we win/draw and he fails it is time to question his position seriously. KB needs to compete for his place.

Both of them cyah bat.

I’m actually shocked that Solozano scored a century in a days play
In reply to imusic
Lately he must be putting in the work

I have been advocating since last 2 years.......time to move down for Braithwaite....Two new opening partners...then Braithwaite at 3 or 4.......gives the team much needed stability and experience..... inversely, Braithwaite gets chance to reinvent.....
Great players...Viv, Sachin, Inzamam,Lara ....all moved down....
Louis
Solozano
Athanaze..he has opened in ODI....
Braithwaite
Hodge..

Its nice to see a century from him. I think he has a good technique. Hope he can keep performing and get a look in. I have time for Solanz

We ready to get rid of Mckenzie??? The kid has talent. We have a poor FC/development system in place. He will learn and come good.

McK cannot be learning on the job in test cricket. This not only deprives another potential test player of a place while watching a man fail and hopefully eventually learn, it also means that WI scores will always be under par. McK has to go back to FC and A tour cricket and score heavily before he returns. As for Solozano, happy for him to have made that 100 but he is not for the test team as yet. HIs place is in the A team. I agree that Brathwaite should consider moving down to No 3 but only when we get someone who can open the innings convincingly. I dont think that Athanaze, whose place as far as I am concerned is also under scrutiny, is ready for No. 3. He does not yet have the mental power to come in and concentrate and build an innings. Hodge is probably a better candidate for that position but he has shown some worth at No 5 so leave him there.

You suggesting kraigg Brathwaite is a great player?
In reply to voiceofreason
No, Springer for KB.
We don't want to upset the balance, do we?
In reply to imusic
Since he joined the REVO, Solozano has been a revelation. Shamar Springer too.
In reply to voiceofreason
Revolution or revelation?
In reply to imusic
Stand corrected but you got my point!

Do you noticed that KB is the best bat since Chris Gayle , he has 12 tons, named me the last West indies bats with an avg of 34 and 12 tons.
Be grateful for KB, you may get Louis and Solozano.
Solozano is a Venes?
We never had a player with last name ending in 'O' since Freddo.
Could be a sign.
