To The Naked Eye

These umpires makes those decisions? The second one in the game I thought that it was clipping at the best.

They yield to pressure easily. He same thing happened in the 2019 World Cup when Chris Gayle was dismissed off what should have been a free hit. Personally I don’t think many of the umpires from Asia have been particularly competent. Sunil Venkat was exceptional before his eyes went and I think he only stayed on because there was controversy over the heads of Daryll Hair and Harper and serious, pertinent questions about Billy Bowden’s competence . Aleem Dar and Assad Rauf were also very, very good, although Rauf got caught in slackness later in his career. I have not been impressed by Dharmasena despite his awards. I’ve seen Nitin Menon make five errors in one test so I know he’s as bad as Joel Wilson. Ashoka de Silva was atrocious and this dude from Bangladesh I am not impressed by at all

Another clip, I say again. No way with the naked eye an umpire can definitely give that out with certainty. I don't care what anybody wants to say.

These dumbass umpires play heroes. Let technology do the work. Never give out when there is doubt.

There will always be controversy around umpires call if umpires continue giving out to marginal lbws. The West Indian umpires are notorious for giving out to marginals and getting them overturned.

It's like playing Russian roulette.

Unless that umpire have a computer chip in his head. He just cannot be so accurate with his judgement. Ridiculous ruling in cricket.

That's always my view too. The ball was missing more than it was hitting. No way the on field umpire could have been accurate to say that was hitting. What happen to the benefit of the doubt going to the batsmen? Especially on wickets where it favours the bowlers. I feel we were robbed two wickets there and two wickets of batsmen who were set and taking us closer to victory. If the on field umpire had no doubt about those two dismissals, I have to wonder about the competence.

Apparently the on field umpire had none.
