Exactly! The selectors dropped Blackwood cos he averaged 31 in his last 10 innings with just 2 fifties. Based on this standard which the selectors dropped Blackwood, everyone should average more than Blackwood's 31 or face a drop! Athanaze averages 25 after 17 innings with 2 fifties. Hodge averages 29.85 after 14 innings. Louis averages 21 after 10 innings!

Rah, nobody has averaged more than Blackwood after 10 innings. The cupboard that bare that we just accepting 20-sinting averages in the top order now.

With this youthful team.....Holder should be brought back as red ball captain.... although severely criticized by posters.....in 35 matches, he won 12 matches....his victory percentage is next to Richardson and better than Lara, Gayle and Sammy....
Braithwaite should be playing in the middle order.... with Two new openers.....

Seechy I recall Kraigg was on the verge of getting dropped before the Bangladesh test series which he captained in 2021 as a substitute because Holder chickened out after the 8 day nz tour( each test finished in 4 days . That he stayed was entirely as a result of holder not wanting another beating in Bangladesh which I assume he fully expected( as we had been skinned on the previous visit) and Kyle mayers double hundred

that is the state of wi cricket standards keep going down every year kacey carty averages late 20s in regional fc cricket which is considered weak even devon smith who struggled in wi colours averaged 40 in fc cricket

Holder referred to Kraigg as his Banker, these guys know each other's game, and I could not see Kraigg being dropped.

that can't be a compliment coming from somebody who clearly knows nothing about captaincy and tactics.
He may not know anything about captaincy, but they know each other games.
These guys have been playing cricket for the same club as youths
