Has been equally successful in ODI...

Has world impact as T-20 cricketer...


Knows , what it takes to be successful in all three formats...

Most importantly, he was the last of the flamboyant successful cricketer of West Indies....
Test team looks too timid.....lacks the original West Indies flamboyance....

He is more qualitied dah Scammy, but doesn't have cricket acumen to fill such role...

I'd endorse Sar, Tiger, Lara and Hooper for the position.

They said Sars was mentally week and Hooper cried a lot. Maybe out of those 4, a Team of Tiger and Prince would be a good fit.

To draw a parallel, in football, in order to become a Coach/Manager you have to get certain amount of Certified Badges through approved courses and hands on evaluation by a Certified Instructor.

Do they have a similar Education and Certification requirements for a Cricket Manager?

Gayle is not certified coach.....if he is appointed as coach, it would be violation of terms and conditions..... moreover, Gayle being Gayle would not take certification test in Antigua, as few other .....

As captain, he drew series in N.Z. , won test match in South Africa, gave Australia run for money....lead from front....
