I have said it many times here for years. CWI bowlers are not fit. As a result, they do well at the start of an innings when they are fresh. Then when they get tired physically, the mental aspect also goes and then everything goes to hell. I strongly believe that they are doing the wrong training. Too much weights and gym work. The great Denis Waithe always insisted on running to build stamina and the relevant muscles required for bowling especially fast bowling. It was under his tutelage that our great 4 prong was developed and built. And they were rarely injured.
