please show the evidence..

or stop using illegal substances today...promise me.

If you mean the 153 victory...you are sadly mistaken..

I was there.

They booed Steve Waugh and almost decapitated him with a pelted bottle...due to the unfair run out of Sherwin Campbell..

who was reinstated ....

again...

I was there..

LARA was in the Zone and All of Barbados, Sam Poochie and the Duppy were supporting him...so again...

please bring the facts ...Bajans love LARA still...so behave yuhself.

here you are
i distinctly remember the late David Hooke's words after the game during the pitch invasion
Sherwin Cambell with his century. He got booed onto the field for sending in Pedro Collins as nightwatchman and one of the great results in test match history has been witnessed here today

Give it a rest Jumpy.

Barbados cricket industry produced the greatest cricketers the world has ever seen. No country on the planet matches such quality output. Barbados is the Brazil of cricket. Jamaica's sprint factory is also a valid comparison.

Sobers, 3Ws, Hunte, Hall, Griffith, Nurse, Marshall, Big Bird, Greenidge, Haynes etc. are the finest exponents of the game. Trinidad has 1 great to match them

Trinidad produced 1 cricket great in Lara. Sonny Ramadin disqualified himself by admitting he pelted his entire life. Thats not cricket. Thats cheating. The man was a robber.

The incomparable strength of Barbados cricket inevitably led to a clash versus the Rest of The World. A never to be repeated achievement by a likkle Caribbean state.

Only Australia and England clashed with the Rest of the World.

Why you and the music man continue to argue a bariffle of shyte on this subject is baffling. lol

That name Bethel sounds familiar. He could probably be the grandson of Arthur Bethell, a very solid all-rounder for Barbados in the 60s-70s., who played locally for thre then Pickwick 1st Division team. Those were the days when there were as many white players in the Barbados team, as there were black players.

Bro, you have a historian who knows Barbados cricket better than most Bajans.
He is a Lodge Alum, just like my mentor.
I remember Arthur and Tony White as All-rounders.

In reply to Casper
Tony White may be the best cricketer that the club produced, up to the inclusion of black players, He eased my pain when he bowled Sir Gary for a duck, one ball the greatest received that Saturday.
Police needed points in that match to win the cup, so they went for the world's best, at 13 years old, I wouldn't say I liked everything about Police that Saturday.
I must say, the players got me to meet Sir Gary, and I got an autographed ball from him.
Being a Blue I hated to see Sir Gary in White that Saturday.
He ran thru Pickwick on a rain wicket, an out-field where every policeman and fans of police, came out with every drying equipment to get the mecca ready for the match.
There was a discussion during the Tea interval, Sir Gary said after getting out the first ball, I looking for the ball to turn, back it was straight, Tony said, that the in-swinger moved too much for Gary.

Why do you think Fidel was selected?
Trinies wants you to believe Lara saw something in him, which is BS.
That selection was a Friendly pick.

Did you know Wes Hall, Sir Frank Worrell, Eric Atkinson, David Holford and other Bimmers played key roles in the development of T&T cricket. They represented T&T (not Worrell) and won championships for Trinidad.

Wes Hall in T&T like Sir Clyde Walcott in Guyana discovered young talent and started organized youth cricket which developed the likes of the Gomes boys (Larry is Jumpy's fav lol )

Jumpy as a cricket historian side steps Bim players huge foundation building in T&T cricket.

Did T&T honor Hall or Atkinson and Holford?

A trini hip I and I to a youth agency name Servol founded by Wes Hall still in operation today.

Openning want to hear you on the role Bim played in the development of T&T cricket. Don't believe you only studied the Blues. Wes and Holford were Spartan men who gave the Blues nightmares lol lol
