There was a shark attack in Tobago earlier this year alslo. First one in living memory. Bull shark.

Very unusual here too. I am interested in why the sharks are following the cruise ships- are they dumping garbage?

Oh my Goodness! very sad, we have no power unless united. The rules for US waters and ours are so vastly different for everything. I know food have to be ground to powder and dumped a certain amount of knots from shore from vessels in US waters. For us, very likely different.
