GT Karila is Yardie Cerassie, right? So you must be talking about the bitter lemon variety then, no? No, sah, too bitta! You guys do a cucumber stew and an eggplant (balongee) stew. Substitute any of the two and I'll eat up.
GT cookin' kinda cool still. Even the pumpkin stew is enjoyable.

BTW, nice to know that Sybil's is still around. Whenever I would visit the city, late 1970s through early 1980s, I used to stop in. There was also a Trini eatery called B's Kitchen that I enjoyed too. Cool memories.
