This is a different Louis! Using his feet with confidence, a lot of horizontal shots!

Was he measured or just cowlashed? I went to bed. The YouTube segment that I watched just showed him beating the ball! big grin

It was measured but just as important he brought out his full array of shots around the wicket. Loved how he used his feet to the spinners, a rarity among young WI batsmen.

I just love VOD description of his players, full of adjectives and superlatives but another player from another island, no such descriptive language.

Can't beat up a man for supporting his players.

Have you listened to the Hindian, Hinglish or Ozzies commentators
when they are describing their players.
Even Ganga and Bishop when describing TnT players.
You would think that the particular player is the best in the world.

Give VOR his credit, as he supports his players.

Hey Slippery Fella I saw your piece on Kirk Mckenzie. Good to see your support of Kirk despite his string of failures.

Can’t keep a good man down, I guarantee you that he will be back, more mature and better. He is talented has the goods but needs to concentrate on his craft by playing long innings and not making so many risky unnecessary shots.

Wi indies mess up mckenzie the same way they going mess up louis.both of them should have never been in tne wi side.they should have gone on a team tours first and we saw how bad their techniques are against quality bowling

Louis has Limited Overs potential

can WI sneak him into the intl ODIs later in the year?

Spoken like a man with sense.

I keep asking here, what did Mckenzie do to make the test team?

One century (actually a double) and people sweet on hm.

I am not surprised by his failure.

On Louis, he shows something, but has a serious off-stump flaw.
He is looking good in this CPL,
However, I hope that he continues to work on his batsman-ship.
I am seriously concern about the Windies bating coach(es).
I really like this kid Louis, and i hope he becomes a great.
