Yesterday 9/9/84 marked 42 years living in Philadelphia and that is more than half
my lifetime.
But I have never seen so much security in the city of Brotherly Love
The City is well prepared but not sure I will be watching anyhow.
When I hear or read about this election being in a dead heat by the poling stats, i shiver as
I cannot imagine a Con, being a few votes of gaining the White House.
And it looks like he will ...enthusiasm for Harris does not equate to Votes and she has
everything to lose by a weak debate.

BTW down ballots are more critical to me,not the White House...Dems need to win both
House and Senate, not one, but both houses of Congress regardless of the occupant of the White House
come November 5.
I am not optimistic.

The fact that MAGA ads are more on point ,does not give me much.
How can one be running against a Convict and am yet to see tough ads
about that ? Hillary ran the same lame campaign and got hammered.

Harris needs to toughen up and when Trump points to the Border problem,
mention must be made that he did not solve the problem as Mexico did not
pay for the promised wall and he did not get that done either.

Allowing Trump a free pass on his many negative traits,accomplishments
is just making his Lies more effective and believable to an electorate
that is too full of MAGATs.
Hope that Harris sccores big tonite... but I don't see it.

Regardless, the election on Nov 5 is more critical to me where Congress is concerned.
Dems need to win both Houses of Congress, not one. Hence the down ballots races
are of critical concerns regardless of the occupant in the White House.

During that Hillary debate, Trump had the front row seats 'filled' with Bill Clinton accusers in the (successful) effort to intimidate her.
