But you never know with Trump. You have to listen v intently.

In answering a question about abortion he talked about aborting the baby after birth (as if that makes sense) and mixed up W Virginia with Virginia

His words were "I don't know. I don't know. I mean all I can say is that I read she was not black ... that she put out ... and I'll say that ... and then I read that she was black."

When I heard it last night during the debate, I thought Trump was saying that Harris had put out something saying that she was not black. But listening to it again, I had not heard the words "and I'll say that" after he said "that she put out." It has me thinking that Trump was saying that he heard that Harris was a slut.

He and many others including Megyn Kelly who Chump accused of having blood coming out of her 'everywhere' have mentioned more than once that she 'slept' her way to appointed positions. A poster on here accused her of being a home wrecker. I've challenged him to provide even a modicum of proof...waiting 3 wks now.

Thanks for clarifying the meaning of "put out" because it is not a phrase used in the Caribbean. That did not occur to me until I read your post.
