Agreed Fletch is clueless but its not all his fault as he was not supposed to be there. Raza was supposed to captain the team but he got injured and nobody else wants it. Lewis gave it up mid season last year and Rutherford took over with the same results. Got it by default.

Still perplexed as to why he would bowl the rookie in the PP.

SLK burned up about 1 or 2 overs there....

What was flectcher thinking why did he choose to bowl a young layne and permaul in the powerplay over one of his his best bowlers like hasaranga nortje and shamsi

I was surprised to see Permaul in a T20 team, but observing the moves of Fletcher, he seems to have no plan on how to use his bowlers.
