The dude could barely move these days.. why are people still picking this guy?
Imagine Royals got youths like Kevin Wickham on the bench and they playing a fat dude who could barely move.
Open the batting with Athanaze and DeCock and bring Wickham in at #3 or so.

Why Cornwall playing?
In reply to anthonyp
Same question wrt Azam
They’re living off of past performances and I’m a fan of Cornwall
In reply to Raskil
Azam days numbered... when Gurbaz returns he will be out of the XI.
Ali joined the team last night I think. Gurbaz will return Sept 24.
Azam is slim compared to Cornwall though... the dude struggling to walk these days. Don't see the point in playing him ahead of Wickham and others.

Then the coach and captain should be fired for not assessing a player’s match fitness.

Just realize Kadeem Alleyne in the squad too. One of the best young power hitting openers in the region.
Surely he's a better choice than Cornwall. Something is seriously wrong with these coaching/management teams for some of these franchises.

So help me out here. Who is Ali replacing Gurbaz or Ayub?
In reply to Kay
Ali replacing Ayub. Tim Robinson is a temporary replacement for Gurbaz.
Oh ... ok

Submerging Player.

The Man is a fan favorite! He had the single biggest knock last season! Bat drop!
Enough already.
In reply to anthonyp
let me know when you find out...I was dropping him since Match 2...
but apparently we are the Switzerland of the Caribbean
I think the rules said u could only play two....but ALL THREE Wickham. Kadeem and Rivaldo Clarke should be playing....Rivaldo was a sprinter and the energy in the field and batting would be an asset.....a ball went through first slip for four, an easy save for the fielder who was deep but Cornwall couldnt get there.

Fan favorite for who?
Looks like he is doing a duck drop this year... his 3rd duck in a row. Could he make it four in a row? Or five?
In reply to analyst-kid
Don't think that's in the rule... you could play how many you want. The emerging players just gotta play a certain amount of matches.
Alleyne played a single match and made 30 off 18 balls this season and got dropped. But a fat dude that could barely move and going for his 4th duck in a row playing all de matches.
Imagine that fat chap was playing ahead of Alleyne!
The coaching staff should resign immediately!
Some questionable decisions from most of them this season... Kings, Patriots and Falcons too.

BEST NEWS FOR ME.
Drop his butt.
Kevin is a good lad...and I am eager to see him get a knock...but ....I will wait.
Cornwall is far less useful than anyone on the Bench

Says whom?
In reply to imusic
Says me. Name another 23yr old opener in the region that got power like him.
In reply to anthonyp
No idea. Just thought there was some sort off consensus. It’s just your opinion.
Fair enough
