He & Badree think that they have to speak continuously! You need to get your thoughts together, be measured & cogent/ coherent & fluid.

Yes. That said Nikhil needs to do his homework.

Someone needs to tell Joel to listen to his own commentary and see how he could do fine tuning, he certainly has a lot of energy.

He will come good. I think he is really trying too hard. And if he goes back to what he did during the regional would come good. Think he's just super excited. We should look to support the youth them who trying to make their name into a market where we had little representation, rather than just criticism. Like see what you've done dayne, offer advice on growth.

Cannot say we have little representation in cricket commentating circles in say the past 2 decades.

Agree on Burford easy on the ear. Fake trini vor recommends Kesrick Williams and I and I agree with the phony trini

First day im not at the cricket so now listening to this Joel Manning. Maybe i was expecting the worst because of all the negative comments that preceded, but I really cant see why people here are being so hard on the youngster. Yes he could talk less but he is not as bad as Nikhil was when he first started. Nikhil settled down and I suspect he will to. I also dont understand the issue with his tone of voice which sounds similar to Nikhil's anyway. The positives for him is that he doesnt use green verbs and mispronounce English language words like some other commies do. Also he doesnt just repeat what the senior commie said like one particular female commie does

As for him saying Danny, Danny....did not hear it today but dont doubt it....... I get why that can be annoying but thats exactly what Daren Ganga used to do, along with a variation of repeating his full name "Danny Morrison"

Like the Keswick as TV commie idea though. Knows his cricket and is a charming radio personality
