Fletcher, Lewis, both on the decline and its time to be forward thinking. If he is not made captain then he must be groomed for it but surely he should be opening the batting at
the minimum.

No but the issue is the XI. They change up the XI like every game and yoy can tell the players ain't playing in the right position. Like VOR Saya Loimusi should be batting higher and in a set position. Is like everything so haphazard. Plus Fletcher is a sh!try captain. Honestly de man no no what he a do. Lewis ain't nowhere near a batsman he wa. One good score out of what 8.
Josh should of been in the XI before today's game and a lot more thing. Even Permaul shouldn't have gotten dropped after one game especially like how Permaul got experience on our pitches.

Because the minute the team playing bad with will be on his shoulder. What has he shown you that he should be captain? Thata like when they aya ok make Fletcher captain. That was and is a dumb move on behalf of management.

They made him captain as Raza got injured before a ball was bowled and nobody else wanted it. Remember Lewis had it already and Rutherford so Fletcher was a default option.

I see Leadership in the way he carries himself. All I know he cannot do much worse than Fletcher and a team that has gone with only 2 wins in 17 what you have to lose?

I think the team on paper fletcher ,mayers, lewis is not a bad top order in this format it just did not fire .plus they loss stubbs and raza and rutherford
