QPO is poorly maintained infrastructure wise. It is a dated ground. Stands are old school. It is however a privately owned club ground that is privately funded. It costs a lot to upkeep. Almost all of the other grounds in the region get government funding. Sabina Park might be in the same boat as QPO.
