Allyuh should ask Hilaire The HR expert why WI don’t have a top 6 Red/Whie ball. When you aim for Union busting extreme industrial relations you shouldn’t be surprised that workers themselves take extreme measures. Bravo, Gayle n Co. regardless of wha’ anyone say never missed a test prior to reacting to Hilaire’s extremism by refusing Central Contracts. Rest is history….

England need Root back at 4. If they add Crawley and Hain then that strengthens the batting in ODI's.

Top 6 should look like:
Crawley, Duckett, Hain, Root, Brook, Buttler/Smith.

In this new era of White ball cricket.....all nations having seperate white ball teams would not succeed.....teams with most red ball cricketers flourish.....top teams remain India, Australia, New Zealand....Sri Lanka fast catching up.....rest including England would struggle...if only. McCullum takes over White ball coaching and make changes.....by including few more red ball crickets........

Being saying it for years, we should stop this divide between red ball and white ball cricket.
The real divide is between real cricket and lick it cricket.
The test squad and the one day squad should be exactly the same and have the same management and coaching crew.

Gentlemen until you vastly improved the Windian red ball structure there is no hope for international standards and results in the test and odi aspects of Windian cricket. Where are WI in those formats of "real" cricket, 9th?

Yet, in not real cricket we're 4th.

Until we just see cricket and stop the prejudice against t20 we will keep losing our best player resources and with it the chance of any meaningful improvement in our status in world cricket.

So, are WI going to try Hetty & Pooran in Tests? Is Shai going back? I don't know about you chaps, but I like MLouis, Kaveem Hodge, AA, KC & (maybe) JGreaves in the Test set up.
